ACADEMICS

The curriculum of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic School follows the guidelines and objectives detailed in the Graded Courses of Study for Elementary Schools, developed by the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and adapted for implementation by the Department of Education in the Diocese of Las Vegas.

The core subjects taught include: Religion, English, Math, Reading, Science and Social Studies. Students also receive instructions in Art, Music, Physical Education and Technology/Computer Literacy.  Religious instruction in grades Pre-K through 5 follows the guidelines set forth through the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd learning process. In addition, our students attend weekly School Masses.

All Catholic schools in the Diocese of Las Vegas are accredited through the Western Catholic Education Association (WCEA). Each school goes through a continuous six-year review cycle that focuses on the academic growth of the institution.
